On-Demand Rides

HOW MUCH EXTRA TIME SHOULD I PLAN FOR?
The driver can arrive 5 to 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled time. Please be ready to avoid missing your appointment.
CAN I GET SAME DAY SERVICE?
You can request same-day service, but we cannot guarantee that we can get you on the schedule. Same-day rides are as-available.

Contact us 72 hours in advance to schedule your next ride if possible. The more notice you are able to provide, the better we are to serve you.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
There is no age limit. However, for very young children they must be accompanied. Give us a call and we can go over our Child Rider Policy with you.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY CAREGIVER?
Caregivers ride for free while escorting their patient but we do need to know if a caregiver will be riding to make sure we have proper seating available.
WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW HOW LONG MY APPOINTMENT WILL TAKE?
You are important to us! We will work hard to accommodate unforeseen and unavoidable delays.

Bus Routes

WHAT DAYS & HOURS DO THE BUS ROUTES RUN?
Regular routes run Monday -Friday and Express Routes run 7 days a week.
Where do the bus routes go?
The Sun Line runs between Kimball and Sidney and the Sky Line runs between Kimball and Scottsbluff. Coming soon… the Star Line will provide service between Kimball and Cheyenne, WY.
ARE BUSES WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
If you need a wheelchair accessible vehicle please contact us so we can ensure one will be sent out for you.
WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED MINIMUM AGE FOR THE BUS ROUTES?
We recommend that children be at least 12 years old to ride the bus on their own. For children younger our on-demand service is a better fit and will give them curb to curb service.
HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO BE AT THE STOP?
Make sure to arrive at the stop at least 5 minutes prior to make sure you don’t miss the bus. If no one is at the stop the bus will keep moving.
IS THERE A LIMIT ON WHAT I CAN BRING?
To ensure enough room for everyone, we ask that riders only transport five grocery size bags.
How do I get service at the stops marked "By Request"?
To get picked up at the stops marked “By Request” please call the office at 302-235-0262 and let them know at which scheduled time you will be at the stop. To get off at the stop you can let the driver know when you board.
