Our medical transport services help people in need of assistance traveling to and from medical appointments so they can continue to live independently in our local communities. 

One of the key reasons people feel they cannot remain living in their own home independently as a senior or handicap person, is the ability to get to and from their medical appointments. KCTS Medical Transport helps promote independent and healthy living.

Transport a patient back to Nebraska with our services! We offer a comfortable ride with handicap or wheelchair accessible vehicles.

Discounted rate for Medicare. We accept all Nebraska Medicaid.

PROCEDURES & APPOINTMENTS

Get to and from your needed appointments and procedures. Please note that we can not help riders in the same manner as a family member or caregiver. If your procedure requires anesthesia, please arrange an escort. Escorts may ride at no additional cost.

Some of the hospitals we cover – Kimball Health Services, Regional West Medical Center, Sidney Regional Medical Center, Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, Great Plains Health, St. Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, UC Health, Children’s Hospital, Poudre Valley and others.

PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally multiple, unrelated passengers may accompany the same vehicle which requires an additional wait time for our driver to remain at the drop-off location until all passengers have completed their appointment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation to serve all riders.

FINAL RESERVATIONS FOR TOMORROW MUST BE MADE BY 4PM TODAY. ANY SAME DAY RESERVATIONS WILL BE CHARGED SAME DAY SERVICE FEE. SERVICE FEES ARE $10 FOR LOCAL SERVICE, $25 FOR EXTENDED SERVICE, $50 FOR REGIONAL SERVICES.

If you would like to request a ride, please call  308-235-0262 Monday- Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Phone lines are open until 5:00 p.m. to assist riders who are already scheduled or still traveling).

Contact us 72 hours in advance to schedule your next ride! The more notice you are able to provide, the better we are able to serve you.

RIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT

We do have a special donation fund if there is a financial hardship and you need help paying for your rides. Please contact our office.
