Reserve-a-Ride

Reserved rides can be scheduled by calling at least 72 hours in advance. You will receive curb to curb service. To meet your needs and make sure the time you need your ride is available, please call us as soon as you know you need a ride. We are able to book up to a year in advance.

Same-day rides are offered on an ‘as available’ basis ($25.00 fee applies).

Same day cancellations: No refunds on fares |  Cancellations within 24 hours: fare is credited to account.

We work with other agencies to provide subsidized fares for authorized services to program recipients of DHHS, Medicaid, Wellcare, Total Care and United Health Care. Each rider has a unique situation and will need to get an authorization for the first ride from IntelliRide (844) 531-3783

  • CHILD PICK UP & DROP OFF

    For those parents who need help getting their kids to and from school. Give us a call to schedule a ride in advance or last minute.

  • COMMUNITY EVENTS

    If you’re looking to go to the local events but don’t want to worry about parking or weather, let us be your next ride.

If you would like to request a ride, please call  308-235-0262 Monday- Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Phone lines are open until 5:00 p.m. to assist riders who are already scheduled or still traveling).

Remember to contact us 72 hours in advance to schedule your next ride. The more notice you are able to provide, the better we are able  to serve you.

RIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT

We do have a special donation fund if there is a financial hardship and you need help paying for your rides. Please contact our office.
